To strengthen our Team we are looking for an IT-Expert (m/f/d) for our European Headquarter in Schweinfurt (Bavaria).
Your Responsibilities:

- Management of the secondary server room in the park, including installation, debugging, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, network equipment and application systems
- Park’s network management, including network architecture planning, equipment system configuration, emergency response and drills for faults and network resource management to ensure smooth network operation
- Be responsible for daily helpdesk, software operation and maintenance, inspection, communication and other operation and maintenance related work in the responsible area
- Assist in the localized implementation of business systems (such as ERP, CRM, IOT, MES, etc.) and assist in completing project delivery and operation and maintenance management
- Assist and cooperate with the information security specialist to improve the company’s information security construction and maintenance work
- Compile the IT operation and maintenance manual and manage IT fixed assets
Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or network communication and initial professional experience or a corresponding completed vocational training with in-depth practical experience
- You are familiar with VMware virtualization deployment, support, maintenance and P2V migration (essential); It is desirable to have K8S operation and maintenance experience
- Be familiar with the installation and environment configuration of the Windows and Linux server operating systems (essential); Knowledge with RHCSA or RHCE certificates is ideal
- Knowledge with network planning at the park level or above, including IP planning, VLAN planning, IPSEC VPN planning and maintenance (essential)
- Operation and maintenance experience in help desk of medium and large companies (with number of computers > 100) (essential)
- Knowledge of the UFIDA ERP module process is desirable
- Be familiar with local information security regulations. It is ideal to have experience designing information security in the manufacturing industry and knowledge with TISAX
- You have good communication skills, the ability to learn, a team spirit, are hard-working and able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
- You can use German and English to communicate at work, ideally you speak Chinese
