Your Mission
- Build networks: Establish connections, nurture relationships, and identify new business opportunities in the bearing sector.
- Be a trusted partner: Understand our customers’ needs and collaborate closely with our C&U Technology Center to develop tailored solutions.
- Primary contact person: Manage daily operations and serve as the go-to contact for all customer concerns.
- Drive growth: Contribute to business plans and ensure the achievement of goals within your area.
- Create tailored offers: Develop customized proposals, negotiate prices, and confidently close deals.
- Represent our brand: Showcase our company at trade shows, conferences, and events – as the face of our business.
Your Profile
- A completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field with a technical focus.
- Initial experience and a network in sales, ideally in the bearing industry? Perfect!
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English – you excel in both languages.
- Willingness to travel and the motivation to make an impact.
