In the 20 years that Ulrich Selig has worked in the automotive industry (original equipment manufacture and automotive aftermarket), he has achieved countless successes in the acquisition and expansion of international business sectors. As the Director of Automotive Sales in Asia, he lived in Asia for ten years (seven years in Shanghai, China, and three years in Tokyo, Japan), and took on various General Manager and Sales positions in this time, including at SKF and Grammer AG. Here, amongst other things, he managed company related renovation and restructuring measures, and building new production sites. As CEO at C&U Europe, he is now facing new challenges, like the company entering the European market. From his years of experience in the automotive sector, he knows:

As Sales Director at C&U Europe at the Schweinfurt site, Rolf Müller concentrates on building a new sales network within Europe, focussing on the future business development of C&U, and the staff and structural development of the company. He has worked in the automotive sector for more than 20 years. During this time, amongst other things, he was responsible for sales within Germany, and the sales network in Poland and Italy, as Sales Director at NSK Deutschland GmbH. In his management role at C&U Europe, he has taken on important tasks in sales throughout Europe, for almost ten years. His motto:

Andreas Knopf is very familiar with the industrial and automotive sectors: he has worked in various automotive and industrial companies for more than 15 years, (including Audi, Thyssen Krupp and SKF) as the Global Account Manager, Head of Product Development, and Head of Programme Management.Most recently, he led a team of international industry experts dealing with topics such as knowledge management, technical communication & technical training.At C&U Europe, he works passionately on technical, business and staff development, and sales and product line management. As Senior Quality Director, Sascha Zietlow has been responsible for European business at C&U Europe since 2018. As a result, he takes on technical consultation in research and development, process design and production process optimisation, supplier and project management for global customers, as well as customer claim and service management. He previously worked all over the world as a manager in quality management, (including for Lufthansa, Deutz AG, Demag Trains and Components, GETRAG FORD Transmissions, Schaeffler) in La Palma (Spain), Seoul and Changwong (South Korea) and Nanchang, Ganzhou, Baoding and Shanghai (China) amongst other places. As a Strategic Account Manager and Key Account Manager in the area of Automotive OEM, Benjamin Wolf has already worked for numerous renowned automotive manufacturers and suppliers globally. The qualified engineer specialising in automotive engineering, is very familiar with the automotive industry. He particularly specialises in sales management, customer acquisition, customer relationship management and global company strategies and business development. As the Director of Commercial Vehicles, he is now using his longstanding experience for the future strategy, and to develop new business fields and associated sales networks of C&U Europe, both in the commercial vehicle and automotive OEM business:

As an expert in Human Resources and Organizational Building, Cornelia Moller-Atam is responsible for the whole HR & People Operations department at C&U Europe. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the formation and development of HR departments and projects, including at large companies in the media and marketing sector, at start-ups and several large online service providers. The qualified business economist specialising in personnel management and business informatics completed her degree at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (FHWS), and is excellently acquainted with the local conditions in the region. As Director of HR, she knows what is needed for good staff management:
