Wenzhou Bearing Co., Ltd.

Wenzhou Bearing Co., Ltd. was founded with register capital of RMB 4 million.

1995

Sealed High Precision Ball Bearings and Low Noise Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Sealed deep groove ball bearing of high-precision and low-noise of Z3 group was listed in the Trial Production Plan of National New Products Program. C&U internal Newspaper Enterprise Today started publication shortly after.

1997

Foundation of the C&U Group

C&U Group was founded and it donated RMB 1 million to Public Welfare at that day. This is followed by the founding of the C&U Supermarket CO., Ltd. in the province of Zhejiang in June.

1998

C&U Mechanical & Electrical City

In April, the C&U Group opens up the first company for the production of mechanical and electrical chains in Wenzhou, with C&U Mechanical & Electrical City China.

1999

C&U Group Merges with Hangzhou Bearing Factory

In December, the C&U Group merges with the Hangzhou Bearing Factory in the Province of Zhejiang. In China, this is the first time that a private company has acquired a medium sized or large state-owned company.

2001

Certification

In May, the precision, low noise automobile generator bearings by the C&U Group were certificated as „National New Products“.

2002

Provincial Famous Trademark

C&U Associated Trademark was awarded “Provincial Famous Trademark” by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Zhejiang Province.

2002

National-Grade Touch Plan

10 million pieces of precise low-noise automotive generator bearing produced by C&U Group were listed in the project of “National-grade Touch Plan”.

2003

Shanghai C&U Industrial Park

Shanghai Production Base of C&U Group laid foundation.

2004

Hangzhou Bearing Group

Hangzhou Bearing Group was founded.

2005

Awards

The C&U Group bearings are awarded the titles „Chinese Name-Brand Products“ and „National Free-inspection Product“.

2006

C&U Miniature Bearing Production Base

The C&U Group founds the largest miniature bearing production site in Wuxi in China.

2006/2007

Awards

the Department of Trade of the Peoples Republic of China labels the C&U brand as "Famous Trademark in the Peoples Republic of China“ and "The Most Competitive Brand in the Chinese Market".

2008

Wenzhou Binhai Industrial Park

C&U Binhai Industrial Park was established with plans to reach a capacity of 42 million high precision automotive bearings per year.

2011

“Production, Research and Development” Park

C&U Group established the “Production, Research and Development” park project in Wuhu. Our aim is to enhance and expand our base for premium bearings. Products include heavy duty, high-speed rail and bullet train bearings to name a few.
